About Me

Hi!  My name is Janelle Martin, and I am the face behind The Sweet Dragonfly.  I am a registered nurse, but in my spare time, I love to create beautiful cakes!  Ever since I was a young girl, I enjoyed creating custom cakes for my family and friends.  I had always dreamed of having a little cake business, so I decided to take the leap in 2020, and I've never looked back!  I have met so many amazing people, and I'm so thankful I decided to take this journey!
 
All of my custom cakes are created in my home kitchen, and I sell them under the Wyoming Food Freedom Act.  This means my products are not inspected or regulated by the Health Department.  Hygiene and cleanliness are top priority in my kitchen.  

I consider my cakes an edible piece of art.  Many hours, days, weeks, and sometimes months, are spent planning and creating each one of my one-of-a-kind custom luxury cakes.  Since I am a one-woman show, and have a full-time day job, my availability is limited.  It's never too early to contact me and reserve a spot.
